Dental care is an investment in your health and well-being as well as your appearance. We will submit your claims for you, electronically whenever possible, so your insurer will have payment forwarded to you within days. Unless other arrangements have been made, payment is due the day of treatment. We will do our best work with you financially whenever possible.
Changes to Scheduled Appointments
Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. By not double-booking our patients, we show a respect for your time. We ask that our patients honour our time as well and give us a minimum two days’ notice to reschedule an appointment. This allows us to reallocate your time to another patient that requires that time for their treatment, and it helps us not to have to charge a short notice/no-show fee.
